How we take action
The construction sector has traditionally been steeped in male conventions, and gender diversity remains a challenge for everyone involved in the construction industry.
The measures we have been taking – for years now – to increase the number of women in our companies, and thereby play our part in bringing about lasting transformation in our sector, are aimed at building a new, ever more inclusive model.
We are working towards several objectives at VINCI Construction, including deconstructing stereotypes, expanding our talent pools and promoting women at all levels in the organisation. All these objectives revolve around gender equality and are opening up the horizons for our women employees and other future talents!
VINCI Construction launched the Equality plan to fast-track gender diversity in its teams.
It sets a clear objective: at least 30% women managers, across VINCI Construction, by 2030.
This plan to expand gender diversity and equality maps out our action at all levels – recruitment, careers, training, communication and management.

Build initiatives around the world to shine a light on our jobs, especially among young girls, while deconstructing gender stereotypes.
Foster talent development, through coaching and mentoring programmes, and support communities and networks working on gender equality, while heightening awareness and training all employees to counteract all forms of discrimination and sexist behaviour.
